Join us in shaking off all the energetic debris we have collected from the year. Use the timeless and powerful tools of music and dance to carry your body through this physical practice.

There will be some light yoga/stretching to lead us into the event. Followed by a 90-minute Live DJ set by Brady Cagle, and then a gentle cool down restorative session to close everything out. Please bring your yoga mat and wear something comfortable. We are encouraging white clothing to bring a sense of light to this longest night of the year. Please respect the space and others but showing up as the best version of yourself. This is a sober event.
